Production Coordinator

The production coordinator would work with both softlines and hardlines.  The ideal candidate must have experience with all phases of production including: communication with factories (negotiate prices, deliveries, etc.), sample requests (follow-up for development: pre-production, testing, etc.), booking and shipment follow-up with factories, aware of mass retailer requirements, liason with sales, design, & shipping and order entry.

Requirements

  • Experience with mass retailers (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target, JC Penny, etc.)
  • Execellent Microsoft Office skills (Knowledge of VLookUp in Excel is a plus)
  • Highly organized, fast learner, excellent work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced, time sensitive envirovment.
